I received two Zeus USB C power… I received two Zeus USB C power supplies nine months ago. One of the units ran extremely hot and smelled like plastic burning. It ran for about 5 minutes and then died. I reached out to Chargeasap customer support and requested a replacement. They claimed all of the units were allocated to pledges and I would have to wait until the next batch of units started shipping to receive a replacement. So I checked back in a month and received the same message or that I would be getting one within a few weeks. This has continued now for over NINE months. I regularly receive sales emails from Chargeasap with a banner at the top of the email "Zeus 280 Now Shipping". Clearly I am being lied to. I left a poor review on their website but they did not post it, they only seem to post 4-5 star reviews left on their site. BUYER BEWARE If you receive a defective product, you have just thrown money in the trash because their customer service will never send a replacement or give you a refund. Request #44898

Do not buy from Chargeasap! Ordered a spark power bank from Chargeasap on 11th Jan 2021 still not received, over a year later for £113 But have found an almost identical unit from a different company. (Looks identical too) selling for £84. So would recommend any body thinking of purchase for Chargeasap, just consider you will be spending more on an item that will probably not turn up for a year, so look on amazon that will cost less and you will obtain in a reasonable time. Zeus 270W Charger an Inspired Product! Just received my Zeus 270W charger and it is truly inspired, even better than the already excellent Omega. Makes a lot of sense to have 3 USB C all with enough power to charge 3 laptops simultaneously while also having a lower wattage USB A port for legacy devices. I often work with two laptops side by side and either an iPad or iPhone which can all be charging simultaneously but using a single wall outlet. The OLED screen shows Amps, Volts, and Wattage flowing to each connected device which informs you about your device power needs. Truly inspired!

Did not receive order Ordered a charger. I only received a cable. Mylene, a customer happiness representative, refuses to correct the problem and send me the €110 product that I ordered.

Zeuz not working, no reaction from Customer Care Massive delay in delivery, then when it finally arrived, it was not working, black display. Contacted Customer Care, had to send a Video showing it is not working. Since the video was sent, 3 weeks ago, no feedback, no solutions offered, nothing! Avoid this comapany!
