Dish Installer Had install schedule on 10/17/15 between 12 and 5 PM and had NO Dish Network installer showed up or did anyone from Dish Network call and say installer would not be there on that date as promised. I drove 2 hours that morning to be at our lake house to meet dish to have my service install. Today 10/21/15 still have not herd from Dish Network on what happened. I am think hard if I still want there service after what happened.

Not installed yet😠 I have yet to have my Dish system installed. But when I talk to agent ther are from the Middle East Etc. and they never got order correct. I have tried to straighten it out and finally I think it is correct. I have made 5 calls to attempt to get my order and mostly the installation time and date correct. The local technician understood my frustration and gave me another phone number and it called an overseas again but this agent e-mailed me again an finally it was accurate. Why can't we use America agents to deal with?????

Company Scam people with bondle package Do not get this services, customer services are not appropriated training to tell you the true about their services. I got Dish only for 8 days. I was not happy with the services call customer for cancellation, now they are charging me $400.+ for each services internet and $400. for cable for cancellation fees. I do not may pay cancellation fees but to pay $921. for cancel that is ridiculous. We should go to court to stop the Dish Scam with customers.

Horrible! We have never had worse service ever. Dish network should be ashamed by sending out an unqualified service technician that spent 3 hours and left a complete unfinished mess. Holes drilled half way through walls, tools left in the yard, no service. Yet dish was informed we had activated service. Horrible horrible dealings trying to get people to understand we had no service yet you had our money! Finally a technician came to our home and spent over 4 hours repairing and installation of the dish. We will never use your service again, nor recommend you. Shame on dish network

Truly straigforward attention We do liking the programming overall and all equipment working perfect we are been enjoying many many channels here and all without interruption so far even under some cloudy weather as well, no problem at all. Thanks for your outstanding TV services. I'll recommend to anyone looking to have better TV without the excess of cost. We'll stay with DishTV service as long as possible.
