NEW CUSTOMER To obtain service I paid twice as much even after my credit was approve and ok'd for a $20 deposit which turned into approx. $183. The new customer process involved multiple calls back and forth between your rep and I. It was a huge hassle . You rep promised me $100 Visa card (Yet to see that in the mail) THERE are CHANNELS I should have but to irritated to call DISH service dept to find out why! GOOD NOTE: Your installation Guy was KNOWLEDGABLE and AWESOME.

can't ever get to talk to a supervisior I have had bad luck so far with my service, i requested a channel guide and waited over two weeks called and asked for a channel guide and was told that it would be sent, waited another week and still no guide. Called again and asked for a supervisior and was told that he or she was too busy to take my call. If i havent have signed a 2 year contract I would cancell my service i am very dissapointed in Dish

When I initially called your sevice, your representative told me I will have all the following Russian channels:RTVi, NTV America, Vremja,RTN, RTN+, RTR Planet, STS,Channel1. As the result, I have instead STS(9899), DTSKY(9900), AMDIA(9901), RKINO(9902),ILUZN(9904). All are the Russian channels. I am not talking about American channels now. But your representative initially gave me the wrong information about the Russian channels. So I do not have whatever was expected. Also I would need the full list of all channels you provide with the names and numbers of the channels. I do not know how you are going to solve that problem but now I am very unsatisfied with that. Also nobody told me about 2 years contract I have to follow. I am very regret that I switched to your service. Sincerely, Irene Michaels.

Truly straigforward attention We do liking the programming overall and all equipment working perfect we are been enjoying many many channels here and all without interruption so far even under some cloudy weather as well, no problem at all. Thanks for your outstanding TV services. I'll recommend to anyone looking to have better TV without the excess of cost. We'll stay with DishTV service as long as possible. Aggressive and Incompetent The sales people were determined to close the deal even though the leasing office at my apt complex said a dish could not be used on my side of the building. I tried to cancel my contract the week before but they assured me the office was misinformed. The installer (who was very pleasant and punctual) was able to see at first glance that there were too many trees to install. I wasted most of my day, had to start over with a competent provider, and am still waiting for my refund! No reason to use this company!
