AEWorst company for appliances and delivery This has to have the worst company to shop online for appliances for. Their delivery team is unprofessional, never on time and don’t even have the courtesy to call you and update you on the slots or when they’re coming! The cal center is useless and don’t have access to anything except write emails to these teams and even their floor supervisor who promises to call you back will never get in touch with you . Please please don’t waste your time with this company and it’s team

GBPoor customer service I purchased a collectible knife online to pick up @ my local store. When I was handed the knife, the employee had already marked it as delivered on her computer. When I pointed out the damaged box and handed it back, she insisted I take it anyways. I politely refused & left to call customer service. I was told that I would be called right back & that was over 2 hours ago!

GBPurchased Ego 24” hedge trimmer earlier… Purchased Ego 24” hedge trimmer earlier this week and it arrived at local Ace store today, however paid for it 3 days ago. Asked salesman about warranty and he relied contact Ego with any issues not us. I asked if I get it home and it doesn’t work can I bring it back, his answer “ I already told you that”. Useless answer from a terrible representative from Ace

GBConsider me one happy customer. Consider me one happy customer. I am so happy with my local Ace in Bristol,Va. the guys there especially Matt and Nathan are always willing to help me. Really I haven’t met anyone working there that hasn’t been willing. It’s like stepping back in time when people appreciated their customers and you don’t feel like an inconvenience to them. Thank you all for all you do. Thank you Ace for allowing your employees to be their best for your customers.
