GBCrashes before opening anything Can't even begin designing anything. The tab crashes every single time I try to use it. Whether it's because it's loading in too many assets or some other reason I'm not sure; but, it's hard to try out your product if it crashes every 15 seconds before you can open up a blank document.

GBStarted a new trial but cancelled… Started a new trial but cancelled within the trial period and still charged a$120 subscription fee! Not to mention the only document I made would not load, so this account was pointless! Awful.

GBGood software but I've been billed… Good software but I've been billed numerous times after cancelling my subscription on the phone/ online. Support is pretty much absent so its very time consuming chasing refunds.

GBTheir customer service is Awful!!! Their customer service is Awful!!! I emailed them about subscription cancellation a year ago, but apparently they didn’t cancel my subscription because I just got charged for another annual fee. I highly discourage anyone thinking about signing up for this subscription! They only handle things over emails according to their phone recordings.
