GBGreat Seller! As a computer parts reseller, I know it is important to get quality products that will not end up being DOA. I have been working with Impact for many years, and I've never had to send something back; they only sell originals, and great quality, and great prices. When they do sell generics, they say it. Ralph is our sales rep, he always makes sure that our orders are taken good care of, and since we live in the area, we get the perk of having next-day shipping for the price of ground! Plus, it's always nice to get a free mousepad in the box from time to time :)

GBNever do business with Impact Computer Impact sent me the wrong part. After contacting them, they were quick to take my money for a replacement part which was shipped quickly. After that is when the wheels fell off. I was promised RMA instructions the same day but did not receive them. When I followed up a week later, they said my email address was wrong. Funny, they had no problem sending me emails about the purchase of the replacement part. After contacting them again, they "corrected" my email, and they sent me an email with the RMA instructions and refund process for the first part sent. But, they did not want to refund the shipping cost of the wrong part they sent me. I contacted them and was told they would email me the same day with the correct refund amount. Once again, no email. 2 day later I contacted them again and after insisting I receive a full refund and shipping label to return the first, wrong, part they sent me I was told they would do so but would not do business with me again because I wanted to return and get a full refund for a part they sent me in error. Not that I would ever do business with me again, but now they don't want to do business with me because I was do not want to pay for the wrong part or shipping to return it? As of now, I still have not received a shipping label and have grave doubts about how fast I will actually get my refund for the first part. You would have to be desperate or crazy to ever do business with Impact Computer

GBGreat Company for us through the years We've used Impact Computers as our primary resource for Dell parts once machines are out of warranty for years. Their prices aren't always the lowest, but they're quick to find the correct parts, quick to ship, and easy to work with. Today marks the 31st day of working with Dell to replace two cards under warranty (a video card and raid controller). Dell couldn't get the parts so eventually offered us a replacement machine, which was not a match when it showed up, a non-starter for our customer. Dell still isn't able to tell me how long it will be to get the parts so I contacted ImpactComp. 15-minutes or so later (mostly me finding the right printed numbers on the boards) and Jose had me setup to have the parts in 3-days. Go ImpactComputers and go Jose!

CABEWARE!!! BEWARE!!!! Same problem as other people said - my order was cancelled because out of stock and it happens to be the only website where you can find it (miracle or bait?) Worse yet, I never got a refund within 72 hours and PayPal has to intervene. DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY!!!!
