Excellent customer service and quick shipping! They had the part no one else had, and for half of the price I had seen it for prior, ordered and it was shipped out the next day and here within a week! Unfortunately the part was incorrect, and I needed to create an RMA request; This too was handled quickly and with the greatest customer focused care from their side. Would order from this company again and even felt compelled to write this review

Jose did not answer my last question … Jose did not answer my last question correctly. I asked him about shippings times and he quoted me a price. He also used no capital letters excepting the first and last automated statements. It was very distracting and felt like he wasn't wanting to help me.

Slow Shipping and Poor Service Took over a week to ship order, site says same day shipping on in stock items. No communication about shipping delays. Order finally shipped when I called to inquire. Once Item arrived, the box was full of parts that were supposed to go to another state. Another week of calls to get them to send a new shipping label to forward that package to the correct customer. Finally, I received my goods, Norte than 3 weeks after ordering.
