CABEWARE!!! BEWARE!!!! Same problem as other people said - my order was cancelled because out of stock and it happens to be the only website where you can find it (miracle or bait?) Worse yet, I never got a refund within 72 hours and PayPal has to intervene. DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY!!!!

GBTHE ARE A FRAUD COMPANY!! An absolute joke of a company, I am based in the uk and this company claimed to have a part on a HP computer and it was the only company online to have it? Coincidence? I paid a rip off price for shipping more than the item, contacted them and got ignored. Paid through PayPal, and got a refund from PayPal but only the item and not the shipping? Is this how the scam works? They are a SCAM company do not use them! You will not get your item just a cancelled out of stock notice as soon as you pay and no reply USE AT YOUR OWN RISK!!!!!!!!!

GBImpact Computers does not honor orders or their prices I've attempted ordering twice from Impact Computers, two months apart. The first time they canceled my order and immediately doubled the listed price on the item I had ordered. The second time they canceled my order and said the items I ordered were out of stock. Why bother listing things you don't intend to sell? +1 Star for the fact that they refunded in a timely fashion.

GBGreat Company for us through the years We've used Impact Computers as our primary resource for Dell parts once machines are out of warranty for years. Their prices aren't always the lowest, but they're quick to find the correct parts, quick to ship, and easy to work with. Today marks the 31st day of working with Dell to replace two cards under warranty (a video card and raid controller). Dell couldn't get the parts so eventually offered us a replacement machine, which was not a match when it showed up, a non-starter for our customer. Dell still isn't able to tell me how long it will be to get the parts so I contacted ImpactComp. 15-minutes or so later (mostly me finding the right printed numbers on the boards) and Jose had me setup to have the parts in 3-days. Go ImpactComputers and go Jose!
