GBWell this time I tried to give them the… Well this time I tried to give them the benefit of the doubt. The same practices you read about all over Trustpilot in full effect here. This would be the fourth product I’ve ordered from them and the third time a crazy delay in shipping occurred. I guess it’s my fault for continuing to purchase from them. The original ad for the Zengrip Ronin stated shipments would be going out in October. It is now mid-December and they still haven’t delivered. This wouldn’t be as big of a deal if it were a one-off, but when it’s happened with 3/4 of the products I’ve ordered, that translates into a 75% FAILURE rate. Maybe the problem is I’ve ordered that much from them in the first place. There’s even a banner running on nearly every page of the site proclaiming 2-day shipping. Do not hold them to that, they will disappoint. Since confronting them on their Discord server, the one-star negative review of the product on their site was deleted, taking the rating from 3.7 up to 4.2 Meanwhile, my planned one-star review for some strange reason won’t post to the site. I wonder why… Last time I confronted them about this, they canceled my order without my request so I won’t be surprised if this happens again. My recommendation: Never pre-order. That is, if you decide to keep ordering at all. Update: We are now heading into January and my order hasn't even shipped. Meanwhile, support says they are sold out. You read that correctly. My pre-order that I put in for 5 months ago and still haven't received is sold out.

GBSecond order from Satisfye aligns with other negative reviews Due to being content with the mythic zengrip pro and their standalone slim cases never being in stock, I chose to preorder the new ronin sim bundle initially advertised to ship November. Additionally I was incentivized by a preorder discount. I had to find out through reddit and reaching out to support that orders were significantly delayed anywhere from a month-7 weeks. No contact or update directly from company. Once my order was received I had the displeasure of discovering I did not receive the bundle, just the standalone grip. Support was quick to answer and ultimately offered me thumbgrips and the case “whenever” it would be in stock again, for no additional cost. After using the ronin grip for a few I hours I can safely say it’s noticeably flimsier and when the switch (oled) is attached it has a significant amount of give not seen in the pro. It also bends forward both dock models, scratches the screen, and prevents the usb ports from being used without accessories. All things not included in advertising. I wanted a refund on just the grip and even offered to forego the courtesy thumb grips for the case I wanted in the first place. Long story short, I need to do a full return and order case separately…the full price being more than my discounts on the bundle. With the experience and the consistent inconsistency with stock, quality and service, I plan to avoid this company in the future as there are plenty of more reliable options in the market.

GBIncompetent and slow customer service Canceled my pre order without an explanation. All I was told was “we will look into it” after several weeks and emails the only other response I got was that “we’ll ask our account manager what the hold up is” awful customer service that comes off as rude and incompetent.

GBShady site A purchase was made on January 28, and it is now March 11 with no parcel delivered and no refund. Stated delivery time was 5-7 business days. If they ever deliver packages, there is no regard for that time window. Their support email is responsive, however no action seems to go along with that responsiveness. Having contacted their support a few times to resolve the issue, there hasn’t been any action that I am aware of. Requests to ensure the parcel was delivered had no result. Requests for a refund had no result. There were emails stating that they’d take care of it, but I haven’t seen any results over the past 6 weeks. After ordering, a confirmation email was sent to me with what appeared to be a UPS tracking code. Viewing this, there was no progress in the delivery process. As time dragged on, it became apparent that I was barred from even filing a UPS claim for that tracking number. Eventually, the number was canceled all together. Perhaps coincidence, but the card I billed with needed to be canceled due to unknown charges. This has been the only less-well-known vendor I have made a purchase with during this time period. As things stand, trust is not something I would attribute to the Satisfye website.

GBI read a lot of great things about this… I read a lot of great things about this product online and through YouTube. It looks great, feels good but you cant use the dock like you can on other devices. I ordered the stand alone grip for my switch oled to see if i liked it and decided to order the case later but wait…you evidently cant do that…So in order for me to get the case i have to order the elite bundle and send my current grip back which i would have to pay for the shipping for the return and for the new product. I even asked if they could send me the rest of the pack and id pay the difference and shipping and was told no. This is not what I would call good business practice but its not my company. I like to buy American but I wont be buying from this company again
