GBSecond order from Satisfye aligns with other negative reviews Due to being content with the mythic zengrip pro and their standalone slim cases never being in stock, I chose to preorder the new ronin sim bundle initially advertised to ship November. Additionally I was incentivized by a preorder discount. I had to find out through reddit and reaching out to support that orders were significantly delayed anywhere from a month-7 weeks. No contact or update directly from company. Once my order was received I had the displeasure of discovering I did not receive the bundle, just the standalone grip. Support was quick to answer and ultimately offered me thumbgrips and the case “whenever” it would be in stock again, for no additional cost. After using the ronin grip for a few I hours I can safely say it’s noticeably flimsier and when the switch (oled) is attached it has a significant amount of give not seen in the pro. It also bends forward both dock models, scratches the screen, and prevents the usb ports from being used without accessories. All things not included in advertising. I wanted a refund on just the grip and even offered to forego the courtesy thumb grips for the case I wanted in the first place. Long story short, I need to do a full return and order case separately…the full price being more than my discounts on the bundle. With the experience and the consistent inconsistency with stock, quality and service, I plan to avoid this company in the future as there are plenty of more reliable options in the market.

GBTruly grotesque customer service. Blocked communications rather than refund Satisfye has been a nightmare to deal with. When I requested shipping information for my product that I purchased 2 weeks ago. Their site guarantees super fast shipping (24 hour processing) for their made in America products, all compete bogus. When I ordered the zen grip pro it said it was available and in stock. 4-7 days shipping was quoted, it even says 2 day shipping is available. Again a complete lie. After 10 days of no contact at all from satisfye, I reached out and was told that my order was actually a preorder for a product that wasn’t currently in stock. I was then fed some nonsense story about couriers in Hong Kong and told that satisfye was incurring great expense to get them here to the US as quickly as possible. I replied letting them know I wasn’t informed of the preorder and was dissatisfied with their lack of honesty and transparency and asked for a refund. Satisfye then blocked me from their Facebook and silenced our communications rather than answering to the feedback or intimating my requested refund for the product they advertised completely false. It was not advertised as a preorder, it wasn’t advertised as out of stock. Satisfyes chosen marketing on their own webpage lead me to believe I was buying an American product that would be shipped to me within 4-7 days. Now two weeks later I’ve received nothing more than a promise that in the next month or so it should be here. I’d rather buy the competitors grip but now satisfye has blocked me rather than initiating my refund request.

GBHELP!!! ORDER #170919 Appreciate the Christmas season however my item was sent incorrect level of shipping service I paid for. The grip has come faulty and satisfye just do not reply at all since showing evidence over screen shots and video. I have had 4 grips from the company so they just don’t really care about loyalty I’m convinced, I have been a huge fan of their products. Please do what is right and resolve my issue.

GBWell this time I tried to give them the… Well this time I tried to give them the benefit of the doubt. The same practices you read about all over Trustpilot in full effect here. This would be the fourth product I’ve ordered from them and the third time a crazy delay in shipping occurred. I guess it’s my fault for continuing to purchase from them. The original ad for the Zengrip Ronin stated shipments would be going out in October. It is now mid-December and they still haven’t delivered. This wouldn’t be as big of a deal if it were a one-off, but when it’s happened with 3/4 of the products I’ve ordered, that translates into a 75% FAILURE rate. Maybe the problem is I’ve ordered that much from them in the first place. There’s even a banner running on nearly every page of the site proclaiming 2-day shipping. Do not hold them to that, they will disappoint. Since confronting them on their Discord server, the one-star negative review of the product on their site was deleted, taking the rating from 3.7 up to 4.2 Meanwhile, my planned one-star review for some strange reason won’t post to the site. I wonder why… Last time I confronted them about this, they canceled my order without my request so I won’t be surprised if this happens again. My recommendation: Never pre-order. That is, if you decide to keep ordering at all. Update: We are now heading into January and my order hasn't even shipped. Meanwhile, support says they are sold out. You read that correctly. My pre-order that I put in for 5 months ago and still haven't received is sold out.

GBSimilar experience to other reviews Similar experience to other reviews. Purchases product over 2 weeks ago. Website had no mention of backorder or that this was a pre-order. They claim all products ship within 24 hours. When I asked for an update they say they're "working hard at getting me my product." Terrible experience so far.
