Timed out, lost all my review input Form flowed well and got to the end OK. Went to take the supporting photo requested, then found all the information had disappeared and I was back to square one. Not happy, as it was quite a detailed review. Maybe being 'timed out' happens across other review sites too, but I've not noticed this before.

Good enough tool but to get what I'd consider 'standard' features, you need to pay more. Good enough tool, but the basic subscription - which isn't cheap - excludes what I'd consider a lot of standard functionality (timing of popups/adding links to buttons etc). I'll probably use it for what I need this month then cancel. There are cheaper tools out there that will allow you to do more for less.

Absolutely not usable! This platform is absolutely unusable! I have spent multiple hours creating surveys, only to have them disappear without warning. Suddenly it stops saving and all the work is lost. They don't cache your work properly, they don't offer you the possibility to export and copy past also does not work. This a basic features! For the crazy amount of money you pay it misses about everything you need. It's a trap stay away.

Dirty pricing policy Tricked me into moving our forms to a decent service at a reasonable price. Once hooked, they force a 10x price increase from one year to the next. Don't trust them !!! Paperform is a more reasonable option

Hi. At last Angela emailed me. It was an issue with the email address which I register the fist time.I paid a month suscription for the… I paid a month suscription for the first time.. I preside an Association Board here in Puerto Rico. We create a questionarie to measure answers from our members .Everything was fine until I forgot to wrote the password, so last Friday I've been trying to reset the password. I haven't received one email from Typeform, wrote to an email , no answer. WRote on Twitter even on Facebook, NADA! I need someone from TYPEFORM to help me with this issue.
