GBLexmark printer = poor. Customer services = Good. Our colour laser multi-function printer started having issues after 18 months of light use. We contacted Lexmark and even though it was out of warranty, they did send out a component for us to fit. We think that the Lexmark printer was probably of poor quality at the manufacture stage and for that we can only give ONE STAR! But, for their customer service, we will give them 5 Stars!

GBFuser unit failed and called Lexmark… Fuser unit failed and called Lexmark support. After asking a million questions, trading emails and photos, I was informed I would be receiving a replacement printer by mail, and I needed to send the broken unit back. Got an email stating the outcome and what was decided. The next day, the agent sent an email saying she make a mistake and they wouldn’t be replacing the unit. Repairing would cost over 400.00 and the printer sells for 365.00. Didn’t even have the decency to call and explain, just an email saying so sorry, we can’t do anything. I’ll never spend another penny on Lexmark and have started researching replacement options for my businesses 3 laser Lexmark printers. Just feel this was handled poorly. I can’t support such companies that don’t stand behind their promises. Buh bye Lexmark! HP or Ricoh are happy to accept my business

LTTotally agree on Alicia's Weston… Totally agree on Alicia's Weston review. Lexmark worst customer services I have experienced too. I opened three service tickets on same issue . Still no answer more for than a month. They just auto acknowledgement "We are working to assist you as soon as possible". It was last time i bought something with Lexmark logo.

GBTOTAL RIP OFF AND BAD QUALITY Bought the MB2442 multi purpose scanner printer, Setting it up was a nightmare, could not use the driver , had to make to with a generic driver, pathetic!. Then riddled with errors, all non existent, like paper not loaded when its full, the try guide will not recognize A4 if it is out of alignment by 0.5mm yet there is 4mm of slack, all in all its a poorly designed lump of junk, just dont expect this rubbish from Lexmark. Then there is the TONER RIP OFF, imaging unit failed after 8432 pages, even though they state 60000, so still on its first toner unit and the imager has to be replaced, cost of imager and toner cartridge almost the same as the printer, never buying Lexmark again

GBDon’t even bother with this company Don’t even bother with this company! Specifically, the OnePrint subscription. I subscribed, have made payments for two months running now. I have not once received any toners for my printer. The option to cancel the subscription is not available on my account and the customer support is practically non-existent. They say they will contact you back, but never do. When chasing up, they also mention they need to chase up with a third-party service every time, where this is only available through email. They simply have one job. Which is to provide great quality printers and ink. Unfortunately, these simple requirements can’t even be achieved successfully, after two months of this utter headache, we will be looking for an alternative print provider. This simply isn’t acceptable and I will not be continuing with both the printer and toner subscriptions. After all, I have not broken any terms or conditions here. Lexmark on the other hand… you have!
