GBUse any other internet provider… If you live at an address that can be serviced by any other provider you should go with the alternative. From the first contact after moving to an area that it was satellite or these yahoos for cable internet we chose Breezeline. Less than half the month did we get more than half the speed we paid for. 5 months after beginning service the bill more than doubled. They said nothing could be done that the promotion period had ended. A few weeks later a new company begins running cable and offers 300 mbps faster speed for less money with 2 years of rate guaranteed. Been trying to cancel my service for days, they transferred me to extensions with no workers when you call during business hours, and get the call back during business hours when you call any other time. The online attendant can't stop service and it appears there are no actual employees that can stop service either.

GBWhat a joke What a joke, received statement showing credit of $29, called to request refund, it will be sent in 7 days, today I received a call stating I had not returned equipment, I did using their own label over 1 year ago. GBBreezeline are Rip Off Artists!! Breezeline are thieves regarding their rate increases. They use the old, "It's not our fault line of BS, blaming the price increases on the TV stations, sports etc. Well how about your outrageous Internet Connectivity charges increases? Mine have doubled in 1 year. Now with the loss of ACP discount, MY INTERNET COSTS will quadruple from what they were 2 years ago. From $11.49 To $44.50. Regarding your cable TV costs, I'M LOCKED INTO THAT BS because I live in an HOA and have no choice But to Pay, due to the infinite wisdom of the powers to be to get into a Ten Year Contract with these Thief Artists. Wonder how much the HOA powers to be got off this BS Rip Off Multi Million Dollar Contract?! If you don't live in an HOA and Have a Choice regarding your cable provider, DON'T CHOOSE BREEZELINE!! Please, Don't Choose Breezeline....... YOU HAVE A CHOICE, I DIDN'T.........

GBAVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE Terrible service, lying customer service agents and your super shady manipulative business practices. Service canceled in Jan 2024, returned modem. In late March I got an email saying my bill was ready. I had to re-download the app and found a $9.95 credit on my account. I called to get the credit which, no shock, she was not able to issue it and had to escalate. Then they said they did not get my modem back. UPS shows tracking and delivered/signed by Breezeline then after some more "investigation" they found my items BUT now claim they are missing FOUR other modems. Whats going on Breezeline? Nothing was missing for months until I want my credit back then the lies come flooding out.

GBDon't respect long term customers I have been with the former and current company (Breezline) for about 10 years. My promotion expired and loyalty rate offer was 80% more than what the promotional rate was. End result, I cancelled my service with a backup plan as I don't want Breezline to have my hard-earned money at present time. The wait time was excessively long for a weekday call at mid-morning. I attempted to down grade from 500 to 200 mbs and the rate was more than the 500. I always have an exit strategy and canceled and signed up with another vendor.
