GBI have continuously had issues in the… I have continuously had issues in the past year and a half with my internet I have called breezeline Many times and have had many techs come to look for the issues. One tech a few weeks ago told me they know what the issue is ans have supposedly been waiting for parts to fix the issue. Fast forward to now still having issues and they will not even credit my account anything even though they know there's an issue and I worm from home. I now have so many attendance points I'm at risk of being fired BECAUSE OF THEIR INTERNET SERVICE

GBInternet connection went down Internet connection went down. I decided to use Chat to find out why. You have to enter all your info to start chat and then when you get a CS rep, they ask you to enter it all again, really (?) Rebooted router/modem (both ends) and that got it working again. Then the rep says I can go to the website to do a reboot myself. First of all, for me to login to the website I have to go to a special login site, I was an Atlantic BB customer before breezeline purchased them, and now there’s (at least) two different login sites, and I can’t do it from their app. Once I get on the site, I can’t access any information on the different packages they offer, a message comes up saying that I’m already a customer - no kidding!?! Only access I have on the website is the ability to pay my bill - go figure.

GBDon't respect long term customers I have been with the former and current company (Breezline) for about 10 years. My promotion expired and loyalty rate offer was 80% more than what the promotional rate was. End result, I cancelled my service with a backup plan as I don't want Breezline to have my hard-earned money at present time. The wait time was excessively long for a weekday call at mid-morning. I attempted to down grade from 500 to 200 mbs and the rate was more than the 500. I always have an exit strategy and canceled and signed up with another vendor.

GBTerrible Customer Service Waits I was stuck with them after Atlantic Broadband got bought by them. As soon as they did, they closed all retail locations and have made everything via phone. The problem is that anytime you need to do anything, its 1-2 hour of wait time on hold. I think they're hoping people just give up on. trying to cancel after they jack up the prices. Never again.

GBWhat a joke What a joke, received statement showing credit of $29, called to request refund, it will be sent in 7 days, today I received a call stating I had not returned equipment, I did using their own label over 1 year ago.
