I have been a customer of HostPapa for…about two years I have been a customer of HostPapa for about two years. They host our website for an Over 50s Resort in Queensland, Australia. We have been very happy with the hosting and its value. Once or twice we have had a slight problem and the HostPapa support has been terrific. Overall we are very happy.

Easy process to ask for help and timely response: that is why I like Hostpapa I am a small business owner with no staff to help me thus I do everything myself. Here is what I like about HostPapa: the dashboard interface is easy to use (we can easily follow up on our tickets) and HP teams respond and help me in a timely fashion. Overall, it is very efficient. In an environment where it is increasingly difficult to get good service I find it invaluable and I hope that it continues. Bravo!!!
