GBHostPapa know it is their problem yet still insist on time wasting changes on the customers side Logged onto Outlook this morning and none of my emails are working. Nor those of others using email addresses on my domains. Of course HostPapa's say it is my fault, over a year without a problem and 'suddenly' my settings are wrong and need checking. Waste 3 hours and then tell me It 'could' be a DNS propagation issue when (my,domain) was switched to the new IP address after the server migration. Really, so that's my fault? Come renewal you'll wonder why I'm switching.

GRSimply Awesome I've been using Hostpapa for years now and can only but highly recommend them. While there have been only very few occasions where 'technical intervention' was required I always found the Hostpapa techies to be very helpful as well as being exceptionally fast in responding. GBHostPapa supports stands out I've used HostPapa support several times now to resolve DNS issues with my new website, and they've done a great job each time! My issues are getting resolved on the first touch point each time, so I can't ask for better service. Also, their chat wait time is very small, which is great.
