GBHostPapa know it is their problem yet still insist on time wasting changes on the customers side Logged onto Outlook this morning and none of my emails are working. Nor those of others using email addresses on my domains. Of course HostPapa's say it is my fault, over a year without a problem and 'suddenly' my settings are wrong and need checking. Waste 3 hours and then tell me It 'could' be a DNS propagation issue when (my,domain) was switched to the new IP address after the server migration. Really, so that's my fault? Come renewal you'll wonder why I'm switching.

GBThese guys rock These guys rock! Went for their 3 year plan which will save me 80% plus compared with what Hostgator were charging me, Seamless migration of my wordpress sites with lots of updates from them as to what was going on. Easy to use Cpanel interface - what's not to like!

GBI have had cause to contact Hostpapa on⦠I have had cause to contact Hostpapa on a couple of occasions using the chat function. On each of these occasion, the query was remedied very quickly and everything was remedied with little fuss.

CAEasy process to ask for help and timely response: that is why I like Hostpapa I am a small business owner with no staff to help me thus I do everything myself. Here is what I like about HostPapa: the dashboard interface is easy to use (we can easily follow up on our tickets) and HP teams respond and help me in a timely fashion. Overall, it is very efficient. In an environment where it is increasingly difficult to get good service I find it invaluable and I hope that it continues. Bravo!!!
