GBA Nexcess Customer since 2013 I have been a Nexcess Customer since 2013 and their technical support is the reason why. They are always so helpful. My site got contaminated by Malware, and Dylan walked me through some possible fixes. I am curious why there isn't some Malware on the server like Immunify 360 and why we have to have Malware on our own word press sites. None the less Dylan was an ace.

GBThey replied almost right away when I… They replied almost right away when I emailed about my password expiring, and gave me a new password within minutes of my reply. They also followed up with me to make sure it was working before they closed out the ticket. I highly recommend using Nexcess.
