AUAlmost instant technical support I had a question about administrator access to scheduled posts - what I thought was quite a "niche" question. Not only did I get a response back in under an hour, but Carla had completely understood the issue and had a possible solution (which may not work within my institution's padlet environment, but I appreciated the thought). So: if you're cynical about getting an answer from an online form, doubt no longer - or at least, not when you're using padlet.

SGthe support from Padlet team is…Love the after sales support from Padlet!! the support from Padlet team is excellent. thanks to the help of your colleagues who responded to my email for subscription and billing queries. they both helped and responded promptly and completed my requests for preparing our subscription migration from old ones to new ones. and I found it is easy to get the contacts as well as after sales support team to respond for customer care, which is the most important thing for customers I personally believe. Love how nice to work with your team!!
