Padlet platform is a tool for hackers to use currently We just got a Phishing scam from a hacker that was using a padlet.com URL to fool users and gaining full access to users emails and then spamming out emails from the users account, address list and contacts further spreading out the hack. Email security does not flag the Padlet.com link in the emails from known good users as phishing or spam alert, allowing the attacker emails through security and gaining access to users account with their credentials and MMA information. What a nightmare

I loved Padlet while teaching my art… I loved Padlet while teaching my art classes! It was great for students to show their work with everyone else. It became like a gallery experience for them to see their beautiful work displayed with everyone else. I asked that students critique 3 works of other students in positive ways.

Problem with a Padlet function I had a problem with a Padlet function on my smartphone. I contacted the assistance many times, because it seemed I couldn't solve the problem. The assistance was always very kind and after 6-7 messages and useful advice I could sort everything out!

Excellent customer support! My university has a Backpack licence, and Padlet is embedded in our teaching and learning. It is very popular with staff and students alike, being really easy to use, and full of great features - such as AI. When emailing for help, we have always had excellent customer support, with prompt, really helpful replies from Padlet. They are a very friendly, approachable company - with a truly great platform. Highly recommended.

I had a wonderful response from the… I had a wonderful response from the Padlet support person, Carla, when I recently discovered that I was still paying for Padlet. I inadvertantly missed cancelling my subscription when I retired from teaching a while ago. Since I was unable to cancel it myself (due to no longer having access to my teacher email address) I emailed Padlet support. Carla answered me the very next morning. She refunded my payment and cancelled the subscription for me. I loved using Padlet in my classroom for many years and I couldn't have asked for better service from the company!
