GBLost account I reached out to customer service because my account got deleted/ lost when I switched emails. Aly was quick to respond and quick to help solve the issue. Before she did this though, she had me verify information on my Padlet for security/ privacy.

GBI had a wonderful response from the… I had a wonderful response from the Padlet support person, Carla, when I recently discovered that I was still paying for Padlet. I inadvertantly missed cancelling my subscription when I retired from teaching a while ago. Since I was unable to cancel it myself (due to no longer having access to my teacher email address) I emailed Padlet support. Carla answered me the very next morning. She refunded my payment and cancelled the subscription for me. I loved using Padlet in my classroom for many years and I couldn't have asked for better service from the company!

GBVery responsive to any problem that… Very responsive to any problem that comes up. Very attentive to any situation. it is a very nice program. We have used it as an information board since the Covid 19 pandemic and are very pleased in how easy it to use. Thank you for such a nice program!

KRPrompt, effective, great! Prompt, polite, and effective. The issue, which was my fault, was fixed within 3 hours of my submitting a request. I loved Padlet before, and now I love it more. :)
