GBUser-friendly The app did a nice job of identifying car rental companies with available vehicles for the dates I selected. That part of the process was user friendly and efficient. Unfortunately, several of the companies I selected didn't have vehicles once I clicked on their sites.

I am contacting you regarding the 450 pounds deposit that I paid during the rental process, which has not been refunded to me yet. It has been over 3 months since the rental period ended, and I have not received any response regarding the refund of my deposit despite multiple attempts to contact customer service. KRKeddy by Europcar I was worried about this reservation because the rate was very cheap and the rental company was Europcar instead of Keddy. But it felt like I rented a car from Europcar. I added the option to almost full coverage and were able to rent the car at a very reasonable price. I was satisfied.
