KRKeddy by Europcar I was worried about this reservation because the rate was very cheap and the rental company was Europcar instead of Keddy. But it felt like I rented a car from Europcar. I added the option to almost full coverage and were able to rent the car at a very reasonable price. I was satisfied.

I am contacting you regarding the 450 pounds deposit that I paid during the rental process, which has not been refunded to me yet. It has been over 3 months since the rental period ended, and I have not received any response regarding the refund of my deposit despite multiple attempts to contact customer service. No concrete solution has been provided in this matter. I urgently request that this issue be rectified promptly, and my deposit be refunded without further delay. GBI like the good prices, but most importantly to me is no money up front using credit card. Pay when you pick up car. Ez research, good prices but most importantly to me is no use of credit card on some rental companies. Pay when you pick car up.
