Horrible firm to work with Horrible firm to work with; AVOID. I'm on my third week trying to get my money out of this institution. Customer support is non-existent, fees are HIGH and performance is terrible compared to ANY institution that does the same thing.

Fee structure changes which is a pill I wrote a review before and wanted to update. The company has been good and I've enjoyed the service. They did just change their policy to incorporate a % fee based on investment amount which I dislike. Doesn't make it much better than other services if you're comparing apples to apples. May be better in offerings available but you'll have to do your own dudiligence. Wanting to share for transparency as this was added a couple weeks ago.

Unable to log in - HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE For the past 1 week - I am unable to log into my account because it says “your account is unavailable at the moment. Sorry for the inconvenience”. I have written number of emails to help desk but NO response. I am looking to rollover money but I am having serious doubts. Called up customer service but they have no idea what’s going on - they are not adept at handling such questions. The company has raised over $50M+ but such poor tech and customer service. No one has followed up. Edit: Its been 3 days and Alto was unable to access the tickets raised due to a "technical glitch" - This is madness :) Edit #2: It’s been 1.5 weeks and finally my account is back up and running.
