GB5 Star service Prior to moving from my old place, I had never heard of Starry. A representative knocked on my door one day and told me all about them. I was convinced mostly due to their very affordable rates. Switching from AT&T to Starry was one of the best decisions I've ever made! Starry has provided great and uninterrupted internet service for me. I have yet to have a problem. I'm very satisfied with them and will continue to give them my business.

GBSticking to what you promised Starry promised that the service price of $30 would never go up, 14 months later the price raised to $45. I was also promised a visa gift card for signing up, never received it. They claim the representative did not put the information in before the cut off date,so this is why I did not receive the gift card. ( Not my fault).Internet service is great,but trust worthiness not so great.

GBNOT HAPPY, PRICE INCREASE Starry advertised 30$ internet, no price increases. It has now raised to 45$ per month. When I called to cancel, they were happy to let me go as a customer. They'd rather lose my business completely. I COULD HAVE opted out of this, but apparently I missed the deadline December 12th. BYEEEEE!!!! UPDATE- They offered to drop it 5$ for one year, saying there was nothing else they could do because I missed the deadline. INEXCUSABLE. You'd rather miss out on my business than excusing the fact that I never received the email to begin with??

GBI called Starry this evening because my router was slightly disconnected I called Starry this evening because my router was slightly disconnected from the electrical outlet. Jessica Zeegers happened to answer my call and she helped me fix my router 5 months ago. I was happy and surprised to speak with her and she actually remembered me from my previous last call 5 months. She is an amazing, intelligent professional and I’m glad that I am using Starry.
