Great Customer Service I have been a customer for almost 5 years and the main benefit compared to other service providers is Starry's excellent customer service and response time. Internet goes in and out in our building often because of the age of the building (not just Starry internet), but Starry is consistently the most helpful provider. Their app also makes it easy to check on the internet and request help when needed

Best wifi hands down Starry has been the easiest and most reliable, wifi I’ve ever had. Living an old buildings. It can be hard to find a company that can wire correctly and isn’t charging outrageous amounts. My installation with Starry was perfect and I’ve never had an issue with the Wi-Fi.

I like the fact the Installer checked… I like the fact the Installer checked the WIFI on the main computer for me and made it clear when giving me the access information. Furthermore, the lag spikes I've experienced with Starry are not just occasional nuisances; they're disruptive and frequent.
