They will help what ever you need help with you're internet service. An expert sets up the wifi perfect . I recommend others to go to starry for internet. Another thing the Internet is great service it runs fast now slow .

Sticking to what you promised Starry promised that the service price of $30 would never go up, 14 months later the price raised to $45. I was also promised a visa gift card for signing up, never received it. They claim the representative did not put the information in before the cut off date,so this is why I did not receive the gift card. ( Not my fault).Internet service is great,but trust worthiness not so great.

I like the fact the Installer checked… I like the fact the Installer checked the WIFI on the main computer for me and made it clear when giving me the access information. When I updated my phone and iPad it was simple. The experience was great and it's nice to see old school values in today's companies

Overall really great for what you pay… Overall really great for what you pay and they have options for affordable upgrades if you need to add better upload speeds. My only gripe is that I have a LAN ethernet connection to my PS5 and it inconsistently drops connection at times which cuts off online gameplay even though it's only for mayb 5-15 seconds

I’ve had the best internet experience… I’ve had the best internet experience with starry and the best part is that it’s been at an affordable price. Everyone in my household can be on wifi and speeds will not be slow.
