Jessica Zeegers happened to answer my call and she helped me fix my router 5 months ago. I was happy and surprised to speak with her and she actually remembered me from my previous last call 5 months. She is an amazing, intelligent professional and I’m glad that I am using Starry. Sticking to what you promised Starry promised that the service price of $30 would never go up, 14 months later the price raised to $45. I was also promised a visa gift card for signing up, never received it. They claim the representative did not put the information in before the cut off date,so this is why I did not receive the gift card. ( Not my fault).Internet service is great,but trust worthiness not so great.

I’ve had the best internet experience… I’ve had the best internet experience with starry and the best part is that it’s been at an affordable price. Everyone in my household can be on wifi and speeds will not be slow.
