GBAdditional videos for beginers. Learning curve was not significant due to previous experience with AutoCAD and DraftSight software. Similar command structure and options. However, the one learning video covering basics is helpful, but does not cover many of the steps/commands that are needed for initial use. An expanded video library for beginners would be beneficial for 1st time users.

GBNo support or even response for purchase that doesn't work Purchased a copy of Dragon NaturallySpeaking 15 after having a computer meltdown. I am paralyzed from the shoulders down, so I needed immediate access. SoftwareCW had a great purchase price, so I purchased and downloaded it on my new computer ASAP. It did not work properly from the word go. I reinstalled it and continued to have the same problems. I reached out to SoftwareCW to ask for support and got no reply. There isn't even an option for a refund but you have open the download. You will never have any idea whether the software works until you open the download, so if it doesn't work, you're screwed, just like I was for $452.60 I will never see again.

GBGreat Price and excellant service SoftwareCW had the best price I was able to find while searching online. I ordered the Microsoft Office Pro 2010 - 2PC Download, within 30 minutes I received an email containing the Microsoft product key . Downloaded the software, entered the product key and everything worked perfectly all in less than an hour. I will order again from SoftwareCW when I need additional software.
