Not only PC Masters support team walked me through every step of the process, they even helped call Microsoft to solve the issue. Office 2021 Professional Plus … Purchased Office 2021 Professional Plus. During the activation process the Office install wizard said it had been activated the maximum # of times already so I called Pcmasters support line. Dan was super nice and had me on hold while he called Microsoft, had me up and running in 10 minutes! Thanks Dan!

Customer service is second to none! Customer service is second to none! I had an error message upon install and Kathleen in customer service sent me a link that corrected the problem in less than two minutes.

CD for windows was already used for… CD for windows was already used for another install so windows will not allow me to activate windows with the key code on that windows CD. I will call ya'll again tomorrow for my money back .

Outstanding Customer Service given to me I am not a computer person. When it comes to fixes and updates I need all the help I can get.
