Would Shop Here Again There was a slight glitch in ordering but the vendor made it right very quickly. Can't say enough good things about the customer service. I haven't had time to install the software, but between the good vibe I got from the seller I have faith all will be as it should be.

Great somewhat Great: ordering was straight forward. Payment was simple. Delivery was quick. Not so great: the 'instructional' video was terrible. Too quick, overriding sound, no verbal or written (subtitles) directions, and it fuzzed out for a good part of the first steps. Fortunately, having done computer rebuild/re-installations for more than 15 years, I was able to figure out how to make it work. It took 5 runs through the video to get that straight though. Heaven help someone trying for the first time!

disappointment. Lately the quality of service has deteriorated greatly. The keys that arrive immediately are not working. Emails are answered with a long delay. The last time, about a day (23 hours) passed from the moment of payment to the receipt of a working key. This didn't happen before.
