I suggest a little more detailed instruction like download image, mount, run, if error than call us or retry. It's not clear should I use www_office_com/setup or not if installation from image fails. But taking into account the price and minor problems, it's a great deal.

Minor problems to be sorted I had a few problems with installing the software, but that was mainly because Microsoft did not uninstall the previous version of office completely, however the information provided helped me to trace the problem, and it is now installed OK. To all future users: You must uninstall the previous version completely, shut the system down and and reboot. then check the registry for any remnants of the old program left behind and remove, to ensure a good install.

Dont buy it dost worked I got 2 keys, but none of them worked systems say that the keys were used in other systems, I emailed the seller with no response, don't buy from these people, keys won't work, customer support was contacted on time an manner with no response, I finally was contacted until I left a negative comment here. you go figure.
