Horrible company that pretended to… Horrible company that pretended to respond to my issues but did not. Reached out to me via social media but not in reality. Scam. Do not purchase anything from this company.

I purchased Turbo Tax and it was not… I purchased Turbo Tax and it was not available as advertised for immediate download. I sent request for help and nothing. The email said it would send my software via mail??? At 7 pm on April 15 they sent email acknowledging the problem, with a link for download. However it was too late. I had to re-purchase the product from another seller that had immediate download to get my taxes completed on April 15th and to the post office. I have requested a refund and there is no acknowledgement. I will be calling my credit card company to dispute the charges.

My preferred vendor year over year! Use these guys every year for Turbo Tax software. Straight forward, uncomplicated, and fast software download and license keys!

Made good on rebate TurboTax was advertised with an Intuit rebate so I purchased it back in December. Intuit refused to honor the rebate so I got in touch with SDUSA and they refunded the rebate amount immediately with no trouble. This is the third time I've bought from them and will continue buying from them in the future. Not everyone stands behind their promises.
