Support is excellent! Every contact I've had with support personnel has been quick and easy. Although, I haven't received my rebate from TurboTax yet, so, we'll see.

Made good on rebate TurboTax was advertised with an Intuit rebate so I purchased it back in December. Intuit refused to honor the rebate so I got in touch with SDUSA and they refunded the rebate amount immediately with no trouble. This is the third time I've bought from them and will continue buying from them in the future. Not everyone stands behind their promises.

Great customer service Great customer service. When I requested my software, a link was provided immediately. Would have given 5 stars if my software was available to me directly online without having to request it.

Scam The software key that was provided didn't work and gave an error message "All available activations for that code have been used". I reached out to their support team and didn't get a response from them until 28 hours later. They refused to give me a refund despite my request for one insisting I use the code they supplied a day later. I had already replaced the product through another vendor.
