Good customer support Purchased Turbotax Deluxe from SoftwareDiscountUSA.com in last four years. There was a great discounted price for last 3 years. The latest version (2023) was not discounted, just notification of Intuit rebate was emailed.There were not instruction. I requested information and received response with the requested info. Also subsequent inquiries were answered promptly. The reason for awarding 4 Stars only: requested rebate and have not received yet (understand the long processing duration) May upgrade for 5 stars after rebate received

I've had good luck in the past, but no more. I've had good luck in the past, but this time theyheld up my order because it had a differenct phone number than they had on record. When that ws fixed, they sent me the activation code, but no link to the download. Then I ended up paying more than if I had bought it directly for HR Block Software.

I purchased Turbo Tax and it was not… I purchased Turbo Tax and it was not available as advertised for immediate download. I sent request for help and nothing. The email said it would send my software via mail??? At 7 pm on April 15 they sent email acknowledging the problem, with a link for download. However it was too late. I had to re-purchase the product from another seller that had immediate download to get my taxes completed on April 15th and to the post office. I have requested a refund and there is no acknowledgement. I will be calling my credit card company to dispute the charges.
