There is a system error for Fidelity… There is a system error for Fidelity Investments where the cash value doubles automatically. This has been addressed numerous times on the help information yet nothing is done. It is a Quicken problem because it happens without downloads. For the amount of money that is paid, this needs to be fixed ASAP.

Inflation alive and well at Quicken. First of all, I was shocked to see how much the price had increased over the past three years. I've been a Quicken user for dozens of years, and now I'm going to have to find an alternative product that I can afford. Secondly, the software has become less useful. I can only make automatic daily downloads from about half of my accounts at my financial institutions, which forces me to make numerous daily manual downloads of data to keep my account status current. The reason I subscribe now is the convenience of daily downloads of my financial transactions, and your company has forced me to RENT the software at an exorbitant rate. I won't be a Quicken customer much longer. Much of the functionality of the product no longer exists.

A very satisfied Quicken user for 34 years. I have used Quicken for Mac since 1993. You have continually improved and updated this product over those 34 years. The quality of your updates are truly impressive because they actually improve the product and I have never had to rebuild my data after any of your updates! Great job and keep up the good work.

Software for the Financial Planning. The software was easy to use. I understood most of the menus. All of the different menus I use help me to plan my finances better which save me money. The Checking and Credit card menus can be modified to keep track of routine expenditures. This saves me time and money. Submenus of Checking and Credit Cards help me to review past transactions and prepare for future expenses.

*Checking balance forecast needs to be… *Checking balance forecast needs to be customizable to display past balances by using the custom dates feature. The balance graph is too small, specifically the vertical axis needs to display smaller dollar increments. * monthly bills need to have flexible functionality —allow to manually change the dollar amount due for all future months. Many recurring bills do not have the same amount due each month. i.e. credit cards, utility bills. Contact me to discuss.
