Customer Service was hard to reach AND SLOW TO RESPOND. Customer Service was hard to reach. It was frustrating not knowing how to contact. Very disturbed that I was sent a promo to try another version and when 10-day trial period expired I WAS LOCKED OUT OF MY VERSION! I did finally hear from NITRO rep who was helpful, but I needed access faster than the slow response so I PAID TO UPGRADE MY VERSION.

Non Existent Customer Service Tried to move my 2-year old Nitro Pro license to my new laptop. Deactivated the old license but cannot re-activate it on the new computer. Customer Service is TOTALLY NON EXISTENT! On the website they send you from one page to the next without the possibility of contacting them. You have to insert your license number which they claim is not valid. A polite message posted on their community forum is deleted by the moderator. It seems to me they do not want to honour Nitro Pro licenses and want you to buy a new license. Will use an alternative, never again Nitro!

Company Policy Unfair to Loyal Customers I had to buy a new computer and then install Nitro Pro 12 on it, but I was not allowed to register and activate the software. Instead I was given the only option to upgrade to the most recent version although it offered me no benefit to do so. This is the only software that I was not able to install on my new computer and it clearly distinguishes Nitro from the others as being motivated by greed. It clearly demonstrate they do not place their customers above profit. Loyalty works both ways.

Way better value than Adobe Been using Nitro for a few years, I only need basic PDF editing and their software does everything I need for a fraction of Adobe's prices. Definitely recommend!

Your customer support is deficient. Over time you will lose. I had version 3 installed and working well until my computer went on the blink. It was still under warranty so a replacement was supplied. Data was reinstalled but not so applications. When attempting to reinstall Nitro (updated in 2022) following procedure, serial number was never recognised and no response from support. Had to buy version 4 but feel having been had.
