CAYour customer support is deficient. Over time you will lose. I had version 3 installed and working well until my computer went on the blink. It was still under warranty so a replacement was supplied. Data was reinstalled but not so applications. When attempting to reinstall Nitro (updated in 2022) following procedure, serial number was never recognised and no response from support. Had to buy version 4 but feel having been had.

GBGreat product Lovely product, that works well. The bells and whistles are missing in my opinion with customisations that need you to upgrade - I have asked how, but still waiting for an answer

GBUnanswered Questions... Unanswered Questions.... I had to purchase a new computer and could not move my license. I tried to use the help, or should I say unhelpful link, that just kept running me in circles. Ultimately, I gave up and bought another license, only to end up with the same issues I had to begin with related to the program having to restart each time I opened a new document.

GBWay better value than Adobe Been using Nitro for a few years, I only need basic PDF editing and their software does everything I need for a fraction of Adobe's prices. Definitely recommend!

GBNitro support was very helpful Nitro support was very helpful. Old computer died, and I have used Nitro most every day for years. Quick fix for the new computer was to install the new version for a 14 day trial. I liked some improvements in the new version and support helped me with the upgrade I qualified for. Very good program, would like the copy and paste to be more like the old but with the stability of the new.
