i keep getting mixed messages i keep getting mixed messages, did the trial, purchased, downloaded, uninstalled, downloaded again. Logged in each time and it keeps telling me I need a SN when support told me I didn't for this version...keep getting auto-support. I need to use this to get my work done. help

I have used Nitro Pro for several years… I have used Nitro Pro for several years and can truly say there is no better product. I have used Adobe but it is “clunky”, difficult and expensive. You cannot go wrong with Nitro Pro.

Way better value than Adobe Been using Nitro for a few years, I only need basic PDF editing and their software does everything I need for a fraction of Adobe's prices. Definitely recommend!

Nitro support was very helpful Nitro support was very helpful. Old computer died, and I have used Nitro most every day for years. Quick fix for the new computer was to install the new version for a 14 day trial. I liked some improvements in the new version and support helped me with the upgrade I qualified for. Very good program, would like the copy and paste to be more like the old but with the stability of the new.
