NZOK, when it actually works. Okay, but not great. Purchased a 2 year plan, which was great value... While it worked. Most UK based services are now unwatchable with buffering and drop outs. They've acknowledged there's an issue, but reluctant to provide any detail or expected restoration estimate. Definitely better looking elsewhere if you want reliable access to UK based television service.

DKHad an issue trying to 'force' update… Had an issue trying to 'force' update my IP address as instructed but it did not work and wrote back to their support and answer came back instantly advising that it is an issue at their end and they are looking into it. Appreciated the quick response as it saved me plenty of time trying to fix it thinking it was an issue at my end when it was not. So great support from the Getflix team. thank you.

AUBest support ever. Getflix support is always prompt and so friendly. Whether the solution is simple or more complex they always sort it out. My experience with another provider was the exact opposite. Also, the Getflix dashboard and other web pages are really useful.

NZBought a lifetime membership around 8… Bought a lifetime membership around 8 years ago, maybe more/less. GetFlix has been great so far, originally had the DNS running through the modem but now just individual device so the family members can choose what region to use or use the VPN. They had a recent service issue with their VPN which was resolved quickly. I still managed to watch my show by turning on the DNS on my device.

CAPrompt response from support team Response from Getflix for a query was the fastest I have ever seen from any support team. Even though the communication was via email, it appeared more like a live chat with the rep. These 5 stars are for the support team for understanding my request\query and acting so quickly on it. The request was further sent to the network team, hopefully, they can resolve it.
