As always As always, one can expect prompt replies and solid advice from Getflix. Been a long time customer and without them my viewing options would be more limited.

Bought a lifetime membership around 8… Bought a lifetime membership around 8 years ago, maybe more/less. GetFlix has been great so far, originally had the DNS running through the modem but now just individual device so the family members can choose what region to use or use the VPN. They had a recent service issue with their VPN which was resolved quickly. I still managed to watch my show by turning on the DNS on my device.

Had an issue trying to 'force' update… Had an issue trying to 'force' update my IP address as instructed but it did not work and wrote back to their support and answer came back instantly advising that it is an issue at their end and they are looking into it. Appreciated the quick response as it saved me plenty of time trying to fix it thinking it was an issue at my end when it was not. So great support from the Getflix team. thank you.

Getflix Support team are fantastic The Getflix Support team are fantastic. Response times and feedback are so fast. I've been a happy user for many years. They are very quick in investigating and correcting any server issues.
