NZBought a lifetime membership around 8… Bought a lifetime membership around 8 years ago, maybe more/less. GetFlix has been great so far, originally had the DNS running through the modem but now just individual device so the family members can choose what region to use or use the VPN. They had a recent service issue with their VPN which was resolved quickly. I still managed to watch my show by turning on the DNS on my device.

AUgreat service and awesome support Getflix had been a reliable DNS andVPN provider over the last year allowing me to get around DNS restrictions. Had forgot to cancel the subscription as I'll be out of the country mostly this year, was charged the renewal amount. But a quick email to support and the amount was refunded immediately. Never seen a quicker turnaround with no questions asked with other companies I've dealt with across sectors. Will definitely go back to them once I'm ready again.

PTGreat service I've been using getflix for many years, the service is very useful for someone who travels and moves around often. The new VPN app is very user friendly and I've been able to add it to all my devices with ease including mobile, ipad, set top box, PC. Their customer service is responsive and helpful and their support pages cover set up of the service on all types of devices for ease of use.

NZReset your Router The prompt reply was the most important. Thanks for that! In this case, I think the problem was beyond my control. I reset the router as instructed, but it seemed to fix itself a few hours later (overnight). Regardless, the issue was resolved quickly.
