Local issue --- not an issue with Pair I was having a weird issue with local Internet connectivity, apparently arising out of a new mesh Wifi installation. Some devices were able to gain access to some services without problems, but other services were inaccessible. The problem wasn't with Pair at all.

I got a super-fast response (even though it's Saturday) with the problem identified and easy step-by-step instructions to fix it. It took me less than 10 minutes to solve something that we've been trying to figure out all day (I should have written sooner!). Highly recommended.

As always As always the tech support people at Pair are very knowledgeable and are able to provide me with answers that beyond my current knowledge and not make me feel like an idiot.
