GBReally good experience with Pair Really good experience with Pair. Reliable. I'm an "amateur" for the last 20 years with the web but have many websites, some of them small businesses. Pair has always been patient and knowledgeable with managing my sites. The site itself is always stable. But when I can't figure something out tech support is great and I can call them at any hour.

CARapid, friendly, helpful, respectful response I asked for an explanation of the Purge Cache function on my website, why it took so long to take effect, and whether I needed to use it at all. Bruce from Technical Support gave me a really clear response and an answer to my questions, in a friendly and respectful way that didn't make me feel stupid for asking in the first place.
