GBSupport and service second to none Been with these guys for a long while now and i can't fault them. Very fast servers, great UI for interacting with the server etc When ever i have an issue they are quick and helpful even when an app on wordpress may be creating errors they offer to collaborate with the developers to sort out! They did this with Shield app and was sorted very quickly as we were able to ascertain the cause. 5* all round Big thanks to Raksha, Support Team, Shock Hosting LLC

GBshockhosting is a quality but also good value web host ive used web hosting since about 1998/99 although my disabilities impact me a lot in this area, but i found shock hosting in web hosting talk last year sometime and ive never regretted it. its been so simple and clear to use and im always recomending it to anyone i know. fantastic loading times, reliable uptime you can relie on, cpanel and the softaculous script available to name but a few. shock hosting sorted out the recent server issue so quickly that i bet a lot of people never even realised there was any downtime. i will most definately be renewing for a second year.

MYI know this one too late I thought Speedypage and VPServers were the best until I tried this one. I moved all my backups to ShockHosting; they have better uptime, are fast, and are easy for customers to make payments and manage their websites. Most importantly, the price, performance, and location are amazingly reasonable! I regret not knowing about this hosting earlier. :(

GBAwesome support I've been with a few hosting companies over the past 15 years but so far have to say these are the best by far. Very quick with help, writing replies without jargon (I'm not very technical), and smooth migration.

GBProblem resolved! I initially gave them a one star. But I can say they have worked hard to fix the problem and have resolved my issue. They did it all in the same day. They really care about their reputation and will not hesitate to make sure you are well served. I give them 5 stars because most companies won’t go this far in order to fix a problem.
