I know this one too late I thought Speedypage and VPServers were the best until I tried this one. I moved all my backups to ShockHosting; they have better uptime, are fast, and are easy for customers to make payments and manage their websites. Most importantly, the price, performance, and location are amazingly reasonable! I regret not knowing about this hosting earlier. :(

So I came over to these guys after Arch announced their closure So I came over to these guys after Arch closure, all I can say is fantastic. Got a great deal, went up to their unlimited plan as my Wife's Ecommerce site keeps growing. Tickets I open for help are all answered the same day, all questions given clarity and understanding the way that they answer. Overall 1000% better than Arch ever were and being in UK having a server here my site loads much faster!!

I've been with ShockHosting for roughly… I've been with ShockHosting for roughly 5 years now and I feel that i'm longer overdue a review of their services. I've been using them mainly to host my client(s) community radio station, along with the odd VPS server and other site(s) here and there when needed. Over those past 5 years, I don't think i've experienced one ounce of downtime and support has always been second to none. Their prices have gone up this past year due to the cPanel inflation but is still just about within my pricing range thanks to the 50% discount they still provide and i'll hopefully purchase 2-3 more services in the upcoming weeks. Here's to another 5 more years.

An excellent provider of VPS's! (One little snag though...) I have been in the hosting business for more than 20 years. I went through thick and thin, virtual servers, dedicated servers, shared hosting, free hosting etc. I am always looking for value and service as a matter of priority, my fist port of call is always webhostingtalk, I found Shock hosting through them and liked what I read. I proceeded to order a VPS and I was not disappointed. quite reliable and speedy, support is what you'd expect, and I paid for 3 years, I know, one might think it is a bit of a risk but it was the best value ever... and I used a credit card. The VPS is very fast and the UK location was the clinching point. The only snag is that I have had problems with the IP giving me problem sending emails to the Microsoft email pool. After trying to resolve the matter with the help of support and the unhelpful Microsoft support, it has been a losing battle. I had to host my emails service with someone else. So although I wanted to give them 5 stars, I really can't due to this IP blocking issue, it's not Shock Hosting fault but it is a pain... keep up the good work
