Awesome support I've been with a few hosting companies over the past 15 years but so far have to say these are the best by far. Very quick with help, writing replies without jargon (I'm not very technical), and smooth migration.

The best! Really, the support is amazing and fast. When needed, they explain everything. I'm so happy I chose Shock Hosting, after my last Webhosting closed their doors. The migration was excellent! An excellent provider of VPS's! (One little snag though...) I have been in the hosting business for more than 20 years. I went through thick and thin, virtual servers, dedicated servers, shared hosting, free hosting etc. I am always looking for value and service as a matter of priority, my fist port of call is always webhostingtalk, I found Shock hosting through them and liked what I read. I proceeded to order a VPS and I was not disappointed. quite reliable and speedy, support is what you'd expect, and I paid for 3 years, I know, one might think it is a bit of a risk but it was the best value ever... and I used a credit card. The VPS is very fast and the UK location was the clinching point. The only snag is that I have had problems with the IP giving me problem sending emails to the Microsoft email pool. After trying to resolve the matter with the help of support and the unhelpful Microsoft support, it has been a losing battle. I had to host my emails service with someone else. So although I wanted to give them 5 stars, I really can't due to this IP blocking issue, it's not Shock Hosting fault but it is a pain... keep up the good work

Shock Hosting has exceeded our expectations! Shock Hosting has exceeded our expectations. They are far superior to every other host we have tried (which is several dozen in number). We started with one small VPS a year ago, and we now have seven servers hosted with Shock Hosting. The performance of the servers is great. But one of the best things about Shock Hosting is their customer support. We are extremely impressed by their support. it is much better than any other VPS hosting provider we have tried. We are a very satisfied customer!

Support and service second to none Been with these guys for a long while now and i can't fault them. Very fast servers, great UI for interacting with the server etc When ever i have an issue they are quick and helpful even when an app on wordpress may be creating errors they offer to collaborate with the developers to sort out! They did this with Shield app and was sorted very quickly as we were able to ascertain the cause. 5* all round Big thanks to Raksha, Support Team, Shock Hosting LLC
