You won't be disappointed once you get it up and running. And they can make that happen very quickly with all the integrations, etc.

Awful customer service Awful customer service. Tried cancelling our accounts with them due to added automation on our CRM meaning we no longer used the service. They simply continued trying to invoice us and repeated ignoring us when we said we had already cancelled. Avoid like the plague unless you want to spend months trying to cancel and repeated saying you won’t be paying invoices for a service you no longer use.

The product: I previously used Salesloft and was married to it, I found it ugly like most marriages end up :P I started to look for another solution and didn't have the best sales experience with other big providers. Outplay were there for all my queries and didn't get impatient with my endless questions. The implementation was super quick with Hubspot integration and then we were up and running very soon after that. The workflows are quicker to work through enabling you to make more dials in a fraction of the time of other platforms, the sequence is super easy to use and setup. You don't really need much training to use this platform. I'd 100% recommend Outplay to others, one bit of feedback would be to make the UI a little more clearer, it could look more professional and appealing to enterprise.

Easy to use outreach solution Great product that lets us run our cadences seamlessly. Outplay love to rollout a lot of new features weekly and even address minor concerns or requests that their users ask for. Really really really impressed with their CS team and their speedy response. All in all a great, easy-to-use sales tool that is highly recommended.
