GBLike the idea. So I really like the idea but this could be much better. Setting everything up is annoying, it crashes sometimes and I have to start over. It very rarely has the transaction correct as to active or under contract. Just needs a good revamping. Will continue to us though. Would also like to have my contact information shared better. Right now I'm adding myself as a service provider and if their name is before J then they pop up above me. It is the best one I've found so far, so that's something.

GBContract to close perfection! I’ve used Folio for about 4 years and it has been nothing short of amazing. It’s the perfect contract to close tool for anyone with a real estate business- it essentially eliminates the need for a Transaction Coordinator!
