FOLIO Rocks! I have been using Folio for several years now and just upgraded to the Team version! I am very happy with this system and would recommend it to anyone who wants to have a grasp on their business but just isn't the micro-organizing type of mind. This program keeps you on top of it all.

Great extension for Gmail Great extension for Gmail. I use it for all my transactions, most clients seem to find it useful but really it helps me just as much as them if not more.

Charmaine in Customer Service Goes the Extra Mile! Charmaine is the customer service person who took care of helping me move my account to a new email address. She not only did that, but ensured that all of my templates and contractor contacts and other collateral for the account were moved. Like the idea. So I really like the idea but this could be much better. Setting everything up is annoying, it crashes sometimes and I have to start over. It very rarely has the transaction correct as to active or under contract. Just needs a good revamping. Will continue to us though. Would also like to have my contact information shared better. Right now I'm adding myself as a service provider and if their name is before J then they pop up above me. It is the best one I've found so far, so that's something.
