GBI rely on Folio to keep track of my… I rely on Folio to keep track of my emails in a very organized way. My clients love the timeline provided and the fact that no deadline is missed. Folio keeps you informed of the deadlines so you can rely on the fact that your customers will never be out of compliance with the contract they signed.

GBGreat way to keep organized Not sure how I would keep my transactions straight and who belongs to which property and my inbox cleaned up without Folio?!

GBI highly recommend Folio for every Realtor I highly recommend Folio by Amitree for every realtor out there. The system helped me to stay organized even when I had a ton of transactions going at once. I love the fact that I can include the lender and co-op on the timeline as well, so there is never any confusing about when items are due. Their customer service is impeccable too! Over the last 4 years there hasn’t been one time that I contacted them and didn’t get an immediate response and solution.

GBI love the ability to organize and keep… I love the ability to organize and keep everything all in one place. I especially appreciate the archiving and pdf function at the end of each transaction. The only reason I reserve 1 star is because I wish it would automatically label in a better way. Even when I add all contacts to a transaction and use the label/address in the subject line, those emails often do not get labeled and I have to manually label almost everything.

GBLike the idea. So I really like the idea but this could be much better. Setting everything up is annoying, it crashes sometimes and I have to start over. It very rarely has the transaction correct as to active or under contract. Just needs a good revamping. Will continue to us though. Would also like to have my contact information shared better. Right now I'm adding myself as a service provider and if their name is before J then they pop up above me. It is the best one I've found so far, so that's something.
