As I worked through my first policy quote Aaron Mattas was very helpful and went above and beyond to make sure I understood the quoting, policy, and binding process as we worked through it together. Samantha Zace was very helpful as well making sure to be available to answer all questions as I was getting on board. It's people like this that make the transition easy and understandable. Both Aaron and Samantha offered their assistance if needed as I move forward in the insurance business. The training videos are helpful as well in learning the quoting process and software operation.
